1. When you get a craving, count to 100 really slowly, and it might pass.
2.Clean something gross the bathroom, or if you have cats like me clean the litter box when you want to eat.
3.When you get the urge to eat chew sugar free gum. Just make sure you keep track of how much you have. Most kinds have 5 calories a piece.
4.Go take a walk outside it burns calories and will get your mind off the crave :)
5.turn on your fav. music and dance around your room lol
6.clean the house when you feel like binging, if you still live at home, your mum will be so happy about you maybe she’ll nagg you less at dinner time..plus..u’ll be burning off cals ;)
7.Drink a lot! of water it will make you full (if you dont like plain water buy those cal free crystal light things
8.If you are really craving something specific and are on the verge of a binge, go into the kitchen, prepare it, and then eat it-but do not swallow! Chew it slowly, enjoy it, and then spit it out!
9. If you feel like you’re going to eat, but don’t need it, put a few drops of vinegar on your tongue.
10.Brush your teeth. The taste of the toothpaste will be horrid with the taste of food.
